Your Partner Manager will assign you to a curated onboarding pathway tailored to your role. After that, you will receive an email with essential links and information to start your certification.

One of our enablement experts will explain the structure of partnerships at monday.com and walk you through the tools and resources you need to support your growth, including the Partner Hub, the Partner Community, and the Partner Workflow Account.

Certifications

Learn everything you need to know about the monday.com Work OS and become a product expert.
Learn all about inbound sales. From the first steps of writing more effective emails and conducting better sales calls, to managing sales operations.
Engage leads and win opportunities by using outbound sales methodologies. This badge will equip you with a set of tools and a process for each step, from initial engagement through to the final agreement.
These lessons will equip you with the backend tools you need for managing deals and accounts with monday.com, including working with Salesforce, creating reports, and using the monday.com proprietary BI software, Big Brain.
Learn how to manage your monday.com customers by mapping accounts, growing them in size, and creating value for them.
Your Salesforce portal will be your one-stop shop for sales and customer service. It will also allow you to view your completed certification. Salesforce access will be granted only once you complete all your certifications.

Hands-on sales training

This workshop will cover the entire ramp-up period for integrating into the monday.com ecosystem, including gathering feedback from partners and effectively selling our product. Attendance for new representatives in the partner group within the last 3 months is mandatory.
The purpose of the qualification workshop process is to facilitate discussions and knowledge sharing, based on the actual experience of the representatives. This unique three-stage process requires a "peer learning" approach in order to receive the diploma. It also includes a specific product-oriented discovery process. The target audience for this workshop is all sales partner representatives, including those from new and existing businesses.
Join an interactive workshop using the partner's enterprise demo accounts. During the session, we will discuss and construct a workflow using a live example of an exceptional demo from our in-house Pre-Sales Team.
